From December 16th to December 20th, the four MeetDistrict locations transformed into a winter wonderland, welcoming you to the MeetDistrict Christmas Week. Packed with festive activities, delightful surprises, and a strong community spirit, this was a week to remember.
Whether by showing off your catchiest looks on the Ugly Christmas Sweater Day, indulging in sweet treats for a good cause, or dancing the night away at the infamous Christmas Party, Christmas Week truly showcased the warmth and joy at the heart of our MeetDistrict Community.

Each day brought its own dose of holiday cheer, with our Members and the MeetDistrict team making it magical at every turn. Here's how we celebrated together:
We kicked off our activities on Monday with a fun twist to corporate fashion. Members swapped their usual business wear for quirky Christmas jumpers. The result? A cosy, lively atmosphere across all locations that brought our offices to life! From reindeer to snowman designs, the spirit of festive fun was undeniable. Special shout-out to Vialto Partners, E&A Consultants, GE Healthcare and TradeTracker for winning the best-dressed prize!
Tuesday added a sweet touch to the celebrations, with pancakes being sold at our MarketPlaces in support of De Warmste Week. Thanks to the generosity of our Community, we raised an incredible € 1400 for the good cause!
Later that day, the festivities continued at MeetDistrict Berchem with a Christmas Drink, where Members came together to share drinks, connect, and toast to the holiday season.
The competitive spirit was in full swing on Wednesday as our Members participated in the ChristmasOffice Competition. PrivateOffices across all MeetDistrict locations were decked out in their finest festive decor, turning workspaces into Christmas showcases.
Our judges were wowed by the effort and creativity, making it a tough call to determine the merriest office! Though in the end, congratulations are in order for Loop Earplugs, IPP Packaging Materials, Benckmar, Flanders Technology & Innovation, FLOWSPARKS, E&A Consulting and GeoPostcodes
The highlight of the week for many: Thursday's Christmas Party at MeetDistrict Gent with plenty of joy, laughter, and celebration! DJ Mellow Yellow set the mood with some incredible tunes, while Santa Claus himself made a special appearance to help Community Host Elise present the prizes for the week’s competitions. It was a night of swinging, jingling, and mingling that put everyone in high spirits.
We wrapped up Christmas Week with purpose and gratitude on Friday. Team MeetDistrict proudly donated the € 1400 raised to De Warmste Week in Brugge. Knowing that we came together as a community to make a significant impact was a beautiful way to close out the week.
Looking back at this unforgettable week, we’re reminded of the special bond shared by the MeetDistrict Community. As we move into the new year, we can’t wait to bring you even more opportunities to connect, celebrate, and grow together.
