To celebrate MeetDistrict’s 10th anniversary, we turned the spotlight on our Members—the ones who’ve been with us from the beginning, those who joined along the way, and the fresh faces just starting their journey. We asked them the same four questions. What came back was a story far richer than any timeline could capture: a decade told through moments, memories, and a shared sense of community.
Whether it was stepping into an empty shell of a building in Diegem or being welcomed with a warm smile in Gent, everyone remembers their first encounter.
Dominique from Palo Alto Networks still recalls how uncertain the team felt about the move—until the Community Hosts, made it feel like home. “No request was too much. She had a solution for everything.”
For Phebe from TradeTracker, the “impressive and beautiful entrance” at MeetDistrict Gent instantly set the tone. And for Davy from Abylsen , the journey began on a symbolic note—signing his contract on the brand-new 5th floor in Gent, back in 2017.
Over the years, MeetDistrict has evolved—and so have the businesses inside it.
Kristine from FLOWSPARKS moved in during COVID-19, and saw the place transform as the world returned to the office. “The moment our colleagues came back, the reactions were priceless. It wasn’t just a new office; it was a true upgrade.”
Bas from Loop Earplugs noticed a shift from isolated companies to true community spirit: “It feels less like a collection of businesses and more like a space where collaboration and inspiration go hand in hand.”
From new locations and features like the MBASSY, to Community events and seamless hospitality, Members across locations agree: MeetDistrict never stops listening—and improving.
The reasons for staying are as diverse as the Members themselves, but some themes echo throughout: flexibility, human connection, and service that goes beyond expectations.
Valérie from IPP highlights the ease: “You simply report an issue, and it gets resolved. Plus, the team really feels like colleagues.”
Lieven from Vialto agrees: “From the start, everything felt so well-organised—from the reservation systems to the warm welcome. You’re not just renting a space; you’re joining something bigger.”
And then there’s the vibe. As Damien from Gallagher puts it: “MeetDistrict feels like home. I’m always welcomed with a smile.”

The wishes for the next 10 years range from expanding our footprint to even more Member-driven moments. Some are hopeful (a location in Bruges, perhaps?), some cheeky (a few more snack restocks wouldn’t hurt!), but all of them reflect a shared journey and mutual appreciation.
Because one thing is certain: we wouldn’t be where we are today without our Members.
